If Summer refuses to arrive, I want Sweather Weather, fallen leaves and Hot Chocolate....whilst Sarah wants Pumpkin everything as she hasn't stopped talking about going to the Pumpkin Patch for the last week.

This time last year, we were busy planning, dreaming and wondering if we were doing the right thing.....Sarah and I spent the days on FaceTime, talking, planing, telling each other not to doubt ourselves....... we had sold a few things here and there but we didn't have any retail experience. The pandemic was at full force, the country was in lockdown and after quite a few big mishaps something just told us to keep going.....so just like Thelma and Louise, we held hands and jumped off the Cliff and on the 11th of June our website and dream were born.

Tomorrow is the Spring Equinox but Spring is already in the air The daffodils and bluebells are in full bloom and the days are already starting to feel longer and warmer.....Nature is slowly awakening again, bringing a new chapter for us......

American Treasures is officially 6 months old!! It feels like only 5 minutes ago that we were in the midst of the summer of lockdown, starting to ponder what our first Treasures Christmas may look like. We got through the summer together, didn't we? Creating such an amazing community as we went. Your never ending support and encouragement has meant the world to us as we set up our dream business.
